Días Hábiles
Taking Alfredo Martins’ trip through South America in 2015 as a starting point, the Días Hábiles proposes to look at spaces and stories from this “South”, real and imagined, in constant tension and rebirth. Built as a ritualized space for meeting the audience – a large arena bounded by strings in tension – the show proposes itself as a ceremony, a collective act of celebration where possibilities for constructing multinational futures are considered, if another possibility is imagined, atrocious and difficult: the announced death of a civilizational West.
