We’re walking towards a progressive deteriora- tion. Therefore, it’s urgent to be one step ahead of time and take roots- and yet, we constantly destroy those who created us. It’s in this tension between what was and what could be that all that is left for us to do is to act in a tremulous present. Paying tribute always means acting. But why is there this primitive pulse to pay tribute to someone, or something? Maybe, that way, we can feel less lonely. Maybe, that way, we can feel that we’re closer to our origins. Time is running out.
