KdeiraZ [TchairZ] enters the children’s universe where can play with the choreography of deprogramming what this object proposes to us. Between regular and fantastic time, between the ordinary and the extraordinary, the chair is the protagonist in this journey and the great driving force of endless experimentation!

KdeiraZ [TchairZ] is a dance piece for children of all ages. The show focuses on the experimentation of scenic games in order to problematize the excessive use of the chair in our daily lives. Assuming that we want to play with “the reasons for not sitting on the chair”, we seek to create a fictional universe where chairs are not there to be sat down. On stage, the performers are faced with everyday chairs and immediately find themselves bored with always having to perform the same movements: sit down and stand up. The attempt to get out of this tedious situation makes the search for an extra-ordinary relationship lead them to a world where chairs propose other affections and senses.
