L’Appel du Vide

A meeting between Theater and Sculpture. Based on “Loucura…” by Mário de Sá Carneiro, three interpreters and a sculptor give access to the most intimate places of an artist. L’Appel du Vide is a call to the void, the moment before we jump into the abyss. In this love story between art and the artist, we will wander between Beauty, Horror, Madness and Liberation. In a sculpture of light, we sculpt the arrogance of vision, showing the artistic presumption of the creation of a work of art, the concept of a masterpiece and eternal love.

MARINA LEONARDO, 1993. Graduated in Theater from the University of Évora (2014) and has additional training in physical theater from the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona. She was one of the Portuguese representatives at the École des Maîtres (2019) under the direction of Angélica Liddel.
During your career, seh worked with Casa del Silêncio in Bogotá, GATO SA, UM Colectivo, Nova Companhia, Ana Galante & João Borralho, Tiago Vieira, Nuno M Cardoso, João Garcia Miguel, Vanda R Rodrigues.
