Scale

Scale is a piece for five performers that completes the project “Infiltration” – a six month residency at Teatro do Bairro Alto, Lisbon, where Sofia and Vítor will present a piece from 2018 and create several other performances. Scale tries to abridge the idea of a collective/social body that has been at the margins of Sofia and Vítor’s works. It will also be the third time in fourteen years that Sofia and Vítor will not perform in their own work. A change in perspective that allows them to take some distance from the “internal” way of composing by risking other modes of relating materials and expanding to other bodies what they reluctantly call their vocabulary.
